Update: Homeland Security dropped a statement about the incident:
“At 6:50 PM CT, federal law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation of an illegal alien, who was released into the country by Joe Biden, in Northwestern Minneapolis. In an attempt to evade arrest, the subject fled the scene in his vehicle and crashed into a parked car. The subject then fled on foot.
The law enforcement officer caught up to the subject on foot and attempted to apprehend him when the subject began to resist and violently assault the officer. While the subject and law enforcement were in a struggle on the ground, two subjects came out of a nearby apartment and also attacked the law enforcement officer with a snow shovel and broom handle.
As the officer was being ambushed and attacked by the two individuals, the original subject got loose and began striking the officer with a shovel or broom stick.
Fearing for his life and safety as he was being ambushed by three individuals, the officer fired defensive shots to defend his life. The initial subject was hit in the leg.
All three subjects ran back into the apartment and barricaded themselves inside. The attacked officer and subject are both in the hospital.
This attack on another brave member of law enforcement took place while Minnesota’s top leaders, Governor Walz and Mayor Frey, are actively encouraging an organized resistance to ICE and federal law enforcement officers.
Their hateful rhetoric and resistance against men and women who are simply trying to do their jobs must end. Federal law enforcement officers are facing a 1,300% increase in assaults against them as they put their lives on the line to arrest criminals and lawbreakers.”

Original Story: Federal agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement found themselves under attack yet again in Minneapolis, marking the second shooting incident in just a week. On Wednesday evening, an ICE officer shot a suspect in the leg after the individual allegedly assaulted him with a shovel during an attempted arrest in North Minneapolis.
The suspect, reportedly a Venezuelan illegal alien who had crashed his vehicle while evading capture, survived the encounter and remains in stable condition under custody. Two accomplices joined the fray, wielding a broom handle alongside the shovel, according to a Department of Homeland Security statement. This chaotic scene unfolded amid ongoing protests against federal immigration operations, with crowds gathering quickly and forcing law enforcement to deploy tear gas to maintain control.
The confrontation began when ICE agents moved in to apprehend the target on 27th Avenue North. Eyewitness accounts and official reports describe a rapid escalation: the suspect fled on foot after the crash, only for bystanders to intervene.
“We’re being told that a subject here that was apparently a target is what reports show is that he was shot in the leg,” noted NewsNation correspondent Ali Bradley from the scene, where tensions boiled over with protesters chanting and clashing with a special response team. Bradley added, “You see this escalation and violence happening. And you see these agitated people that are frustrated with what’s happening with ICE being in their community.”
ICE is in their community because Democrats have made the sanctuary city a crime-infested haven for illegal aliens. The paid protesters are “frustrated” because they are given incentives to operate against their nation, not to mention their own best interests.
This latest episode comes exactly seven days after another ICE-involved shooting that claimed the life of Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen and mother of three. On January 7, ICE agent Jonathan Ross fatally shot Good in her vehicle in South Minneapolis after she attempted to run over officers in what authorities labeled an act of domestic terrorism. Video footage from Ross’s cellphone captured the intense moments leading up to the shots, showing Good’s car hitting the officer before the fatal encounter. Good, a trained insurrectionist from Kansas City, was obstructing ICE officers before her fatal decision.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey has been vocal in his criticism, previously stating that ICE was behind one of every two shootings in the city at the time. Following this week’s events, Bradley observed, “Mayor Frey actually said that ICE was responsible for one out of two of the shootings. So, 50% of the shootings. Now, we’ve got two out of three of the shootings have been ICE involved.”
Frey and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz have disputed ICE’s narrative around Good’s death despite unambiguous video evidence. The FBI took over the investigation into that incident, sidelining the state’s Bureau of Criminal Apprehension after initial joint efforts.
These back-to-back incidents occur against the backdrop of intensified immigration enforcement under the second Trump administration. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has defended the agents, emphasizing that they followed protocol in high-risk situations. Vice President J.D. Vance has echoed this, pointing to the cellphone video as evidence of the dangers officers face, even suggesting absolute immunity for such actions—though legal experts clarify that civil rights violations remain prosecutable.
Critics of the protests argue that organized agitators are fueling the unrest, backed by well-funded networks opposed to America and freedom. In Minneapolis, a sanctuary city long at odds with federal immigration policies, such interference has only heightened the risks for agents tasked with removing criminal aliens and threats to public safety. The Venezuelan suspect in Wednesday’s shooting, for instance, was reportedly targeted as part of broader operations aimed at deporting those with ties to transnational crime.
As law enforcement navigates these volatile streets, the human cost mounts on both sides. Good’s former father-in-law expressed a measured grief, refusing to assign blame to ICE or the deceased, acknowledging the complexity of split-second decisions in the field. Yet, with tear gas lingering in the air and barricades blocking roadways, the divide deepens. Some whisper of deeper forces at play—shadowy influences stoking division to undermine efforts at restoring order to a broken immigration system.
Pray for the officers braving these assaults, for the communities torn apart, and for wisdom to prevail in a nation that feels like a tinder box at times. If cooler heads don’t intervene soon, Minneapolis risks becoming a flashpoint in a much larger battle over America’s future.
How to Prepare for Food Emergencies if You Don’t Have a Homestead or Bunker
In an unpredictable world, where supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or economic instability can strike without warning, having a reliable food supply is more than just smart—it’s essential for survival. Whether you’re a “prepper” or not, we all know the golden rule: self-sufficiency is key. But what if you’re living in an apartment, working long hours, or simply don’t have the land to turn into a thriving homestead? Don’t worry; there’s a practical, effective way to build your food security without needing acres of soil or a fortified bunker.
The Ideal Prep: Building Your Own Food Empire
The ultimate dream for any serious prepper is controlling your own food production. Imagine waking up to a sprawling garden bursting with fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs—tomatoes ripening on the vine, potatoes ready to harvest, and greens that provide nutrition year-round. Add in livestock like chickens for eggs and meat, and you’ve got a self-sustaining system that keeps your family fed no matter what chaos unfolds outside.
This approach isn’t just about calories; it’s about resilience. A well-maintained garden can yield hundreds of pounds of produce annually, while a small flock of chickens might produce dozens of eggs weekly. It’s empowering, cost-effective in the long run, and teaches invaluable skills like crop rotation, animal husbandry, and preservation techniques. If you have the space, time, and resources, starting small and scaling up is the best path to true independence.
The Reality Check: Not Everyone Can Homestead
But let’s face it—not all of us are in a position to go full homesteader. Urban dwellers might be limited to a balcony or community plot that’s far from sufficient for long-term needs. Busy professionals juggling jobs, families, and daily life often lack the hours required for daily tending. And for those in apartments, condos, or regions with harsh climates, raising livestock or maintaining a large garden simply isn’t feasible. Factors like zoning laws, soil quality, water access, or even physical limitations can make this ideal out of reach.
That’s where the frustration sets in. You want to be prepared, but without a homestead or bunker, how do you ensure your pantry doesn’t run dry during a prolonged crisis? The good news is, you don’t have to sacrifice your preparedness goals. There’s a smart, accessible alternative that bridges the gap: investing in high-quality, long-term storage food.

Knowing what I believe I know about the situation, I certainly support the efforts of ICE to remove illegals who are stealing our tax dollars, violating our laws and amassing a military force for an internal takeover of America. It’s just sad that so many in government have allowed this condition to develop for so long because it is so easy to get away with bribing public officials.
I believe the entire political machine in Minnesota are all in on the take, otherwise why would they try to protect criminals?
I fully support ICE and their effort to remove illegals, both those who committed the federal crime of illegal entry, as well as those who have committed state and local crimes. Assault an officer, federal or state/local, especially with a weapon, and one gets what one asks for. Ditto for a person in a state in which self-defense is not persecuted. If someone thinks it’s OK to attack a law enforcement officer, they’ll think nothing of attacking me.
Anyone that can view the video of Good being shot, and comes to the conclusion that she tried to ram the IDF, I mean ICE soldier, has something wrong with their ability to process information.
Assuming that is true, that she did try to ram him, he shot her two times after her car had passed him.
The threat had passed. How is that anything but murder?
So Bob, I take it that you would floor the gas pedal with an officer standing in front of your vehicle too? No, she had not already passed the officer. The shots entered through the front windshield, not the back glass. She miscalculated what these officers are capable of in terms of instant response and she thought she could pull the usual feminist, lesbian, agitate and then run away game. It didn’t work for her and she got what she deserved.
I guess you never actually watched the video. She said, “I am leaving”, then she backed up, turned the wheels, and was shot when trying to leave.
If you actually watch video of the murder, you can only see one bullet hole in the windshield. You can also listen to the audible gunshots. Two shots were fired after the car had missed the IDF-trained agent.
There were many separate videos of the shooting, from different angles. I suggest looking at the raw video before you make a conclusion. That’s how I did it. To bad you have your opinion given to you.
Once you intimidate officers and they approach your vehicle, you can tell them you want to leave, but you better not leave unless you want the same result. I saw the videos. You admitted yourself that the bullet came in the front windshield. She was a lesbian. She has no respect for men and it cost her life when she attacked an officer of the law. She got what she deserved. The whole world is about to go into a state of war. I suggest that you repent of your sins because God is bringing circumstances that are far beyond man’s ability to cope.
When it almost killed you, you want that thing dead before it tries its luck one more time. Sorry, but your mind is only thinking survival and rightly so.
IF IT WAS ME I WOULD KILL ALL PROTESTERS BECAUSE THEY WILL START USING LIVE AMMO ON ICE
THE PROTESTORS ALL TRAITORS AND NEED TO BE HUNG OR JUST DROPPED IN SHARK INFESTED WATERS —–KILL THEM ALL
THIS FUCKEN LYING ARROGANT 2 FAC ED TRAITOR TRUMP HAS GOT TO GO —-GET COLONEL KURTZ TO GET THE REAL 6′;3″ BACK
WHY HASN’T WALZ + OMAR +JACOB FREY & THE CROOKED POLICE C HIEF BEEN ARRESTED ???
HOW ABOUT ARREST THAT CUNT BONDI WHO IS A LIAR AND A TRAITOR -ZERO ARRESTS FOLKS
Its time the people started to arm themselves to protect themselves from these out of control murderers, that assume immunity for their actions.
only by a level playing field is justice truly served.
