Europe Chooses Abortion and Suicide

British writer Lois McLatchie Miller has penned a thoughtful essay regarding abortion and immigration as a warning for American readers.  She notes “three grim milestones” that the United Kingdom will reach in 2026: (1) For the first time in modern history, the number of deaths will exceed the number of births.  (2) British women will abort a third of their babies.  (3) The number of foreigners living in the U.K. will match the number of aborted children since the procedure’s legalization.

As Miller soberly observes, “by ending unborn lives on an industrial scale, the native British population has created a demographic vacuum it now plugs with immigration, and in doing so, has brought itself to the brink of quiet obliteration.”  What a profound and tragic insight.

Interlaced within her argument, Miller describes the devastating loss of each human life terminated before birth.  She outlines medical research that shows how much more likely women are to suffer from mental health problems, ignored grief, addictions, and suicide after having an abortion.  She notes that British society’s disregard for strong families has increased rates of loneliness and depression for men and women of all ages.  She argues that the British government has done everything it can to discourage the formation of families and transform babies into expensive and “inconvenient competitors to the luxuries of modern life.”  “Abortion is the far cheaper” choice for many British women, but “it leads to a nation collapsing from within.”

Miller concludes, “abortion is no longer just a moral issue, but one of national survival.  A society cannot abort a third of its future generation and expect to remain intact.  Britain is not simply declining, but aborting itself out of existence.”  When “a culture decides children are optional,” she warns Americans, “the future becomes optional too.”

What a macabre calculus Western globalists have performed over the last hundred years.  In their quest to “save the planet” by limiting population growth, powerful statesmen and titans of industry have advanced policies that discourage marriage, children, and resilient families.  In their quest to destroy any sense of national allegiance, promote “multiculturalism,” and ensure that an endless supply of cheap labor still exists, those same statesmen and titans of industry have imported foreign nations to live inside the shells of nations that once flourished.  For those Western nations that eventually disappear, their autopsies will record the same cause of death: suicide.

The telltale signs of Western suicide are everywhere.  Vienna, Austria was once the cultural heart of the European continent.  Its thinkers, artists, architects, businessmen, and statesmen influenced the whole Western world.  Today, 41% of Vienna’s residents were born outside of Austria; 50% of the population have two foreign parents; 51% of first-graders do not speak German; 41% of students are Muslim; and only 34% of students are Christian.  As one prominent Austrian politician describes the situation, “Austrians will soon be strangers in their own country.”

The Associated Press just ran a piece complaining that “Europe’s rising diversity is not reflected at the Winter Olympics.”  Insinuating that Scandinavians are inherently racist, the AP contrasted mass immigration from Africa and the Middle East to the “largely white rosters” representing the Nordic countries in the Winter Olympics.  An alternative headline could have read: “Abort the Swedes; Import the Somalis.”

Last week, a South Sudanese immigrant grabbed an eighteen-year-old German woman standing on a Hamburg subway platform and dragged her in front of an approaching train, killing them both.  The two were complete strangers; the immigrant simply decided to murder a pretty German teenager while committing suicide.  Although Western governments and corporate news media intentionally ignore stories such as this one, they are far too common.

Eighteen months ago, an Iraqi asylum-seeker shoved a sixteen-year-old onto the tracks in Lower Saxony.  Eighteen months before that murder, a Syrian immigrant pushed a sixteen-year-old girl onto the tracks in North Rhine-Westphalia.  Around the same time, an Algerian and a Tunisian tossed a man onto the tracks near Pforzheim for refusing to give them cigarettes.  Just as German authorities’ reckless immigration policies have turned Christmas markets into easy targets for newly welcomed Islamic terrorists, those policies’ callous disregard for Germans’ safety has transformed every train platform into a future murder scene.

Prominent Western globalists share a gruesome mission to kill the locals and import foreign replacements.  Now that so-called “populist” movements have sprung up to combat this suicidal agenda, some globalists have begun to say the quiet part out loud.  Spain’s former minister of equality, Irene Montero, just gave a political speech in which she celebrated “replacing” native Spaniards with “migrant people.”  Corporate news media routinely dismiss “replacement theory,” the idea that political leaders in the West are intentionally replacing native voters with foreigners, as a “right-wing” and baseless “conspiracy theory.”

To her credit, Montero has openly embraced demographic replacement as a way to “sweep right-wingers and racists from this country” and replace them “with the migrant people.”  Standing before immigrants whom she called her fellow “comrades,” Montero insisted, “Of course I want there to be a replacement.”  Her moment of unexpected honesty could be summed up succinctly: import more immigrants and abort the Spanish citizenry.

As Miller wrote in her essay on immigration and abortion, “A nation that does not reproduce itself must import its future.”  So just what kind of “future” are Western nations “importing”?  Last year, U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer made it a “top priority” for his government to secure the release of Alaa Abd el-Fattah from an Egyptian prison and celebrated his arrival in Britain.

The Islamic supremacist has a long public record of calling British people “dogs and monkeys,” promoting Islamic terror attacks, calling for the deaths of white people, denying the Holocaust, praising Osama bin Laden, and wishing for Jews and police officers to be murdered.  Although it is unclear whether Britain’s newest “replacement” had ever spent time in the U.K., the prime minister said he was “delighted” to have him “back” and “reunited with loved ones.”

As if rolling out the red carpet for a foreigner who hates Great Britain weren’t bad enough, a convicted terrorist who once plotted to bomb a British consulate and an Anglican church is now standing for election in the U.K.  Running in a district where most residents are Muslim, Britain’s terrorist-turned-politician has openly urged young Muslims to “work out at the gym and learn to fight” and to “stand together and hold their ground” against “disbelievers.”

Meanwhile, British authorities continue to incarcerate native Brits for “mean Tweets.”  The “thought police” threw unknown Briton Lucy Connolly in prison for denouncing mass immigration after an Islamic terrorist murdered three young girls.  British authorities banned prominent Dutch commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek from entering the U.K. because her criticism of mass immigration was deemed “not conducive to the public good.”  And a heroic London bus driver was recently fired for risking his life to stop a thief and protect a passenger.

The “future” that Britain is “importing” is one in which Islamic terrorists are celebrated, and native Brits get fired, harassed, or imprisoned.

Europe has chosen abortion and suicide.  If America can’t learn from Europe’s death, America will soon die, too.
