Your title is biased and flawed. Trump is merely attempting to level the playing field. He is fighting a powerful machine that is fully in control of all aspects of this case. They have determined what is or is not evidence, the FBI/DOJ will work in complicity to undermine discovery and thus they will define evidence to their liking. The bench will complicity work with these organizations to such a degree, they will be one team together attacking their hated opponent. Only an act of God can create a fair result for Trump.
