Vice President Harris Attends Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Heritage Month Event Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) slammed Vice President Kamala Harris (D) during an interview Tuesday afternoon over her claim that the U.S. Southern Border is “secure.”
