This is nothing more than “getting ahead of the issue” also known as preemptive distortion of the reality of the situation to cover for the perpetrators, in this case Biden and his family who committed multiple felonies in handling classified documents, many probably at the Top Secret level. Each document mishandled is a separate felony charge. There are likely hundreds of charges possible, enough for several life terms. If some of this info was given, ie sold, to China and other country via quid pro quo, nothing wrong with quid pro quo unless if the exchange itself was illegal, and in this case it would be illegal and pretty much define one or more acts of treason. There is evidence that this has taken place.
What the result will be is a Comey like statement from the DOJ, Special Counsel, and Garland. It will be something to the effect that things were not done properly but it was unintentional and therefore not criminal, and procedures will be corrected. Nothing much to see here, just a small, uninteresting mistake, nothing illegal. That is my guess. Garlan was not put there to apply law to the Bidens or anyone else in those corrupt, criminal circles.
