Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas dropped the bombshell last week: FEMA “does not have the funds” to see Americans through the rest of this Atlantic hurricane season. This is so typical. I work in the area of nonprofit management. I went to get advanced degrees to do so . When I look for a job in my field all I see is refugee resettlement program positions.
