Christian and Conservative news hand-curated the way it’s supposed to be. Stay full-MAGA despite the so-called “civil war” waged by the Islam-loving “woke right”.

In this The Post Millennial article, Ari Hoffman reports that former DHS Deputy Assistant Secretary for Counterterrorism Julia Varvaro has filed a defamation lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, alleging he fabricated “sugar daddy” claims in a malicious smear campaign that destroyed her government career.

  • Varvaro filed the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia against Robert Bianchi, CEO of government contractor SDVO Solutions.
  • She alleges Bianchi launched the campaign after their exclusive romantic relationship ended following her rejection of his proposal that they purchase a home together.
  • According to the complaint, Bianchi filed a report with the DHS Office of Inspector General accusing her of accepting expensive gifts and luxury travel in exchange for companionship while holding a senior national security post.
  • Varvaro further claims Bianchi anonymously provided the same false accusations, along with photographs and text messages, to the Daily Mail, which published a series of articles publicizing the allegations.
  • The accusations triggered an internal DHS investigation that placed her on administrative leave and ultimately led to her termination.
  • She also alleges the claims caused the CIA to rescind a job offer for a senior position and severely damaged her professional reputation.
  • Bianchi later told People magazine that their relationship “was not a ‘sugar’ relationship nor do I allege she bilked me of anything,” a statement Varvaro says directly contradicts the accusations he previously made.
  • The complaint notes that People magazine could not independently verify several of the allegations that appeared in the Daily Mail reporting.
  • Varvaro seeks compensatory damages for lost wages and emotional distress, presumed damages, punitive damages, and attorneys’ fees; Bianchi has not yet responded to the suit.
