“Resistance”: New York Times Releases Stunner on How Judges Are Biased Against Trump

Drudge Report is not alone as more popular news aggregators turn against President Trump. For the real news and opinions from across the web that Americans need, check out JD Rucker’s curated links.

(WND News Center)—The Democrats’ main lawfare against President Donald Trump during his second term in the White House is just that: Lawfare.

They and their organizations have sued hundreds of times over their demands for racist policies through “diversity” campaigns, their demands that unneeded federal workers keep getting high salaries, and subsequent high pensions, cuts to unnecessary federal money pits must be reversed, the status of foreign students must be protected, the status of illegal aliens must be protected, tax benefits must be paid to foreigners, tax money must to for abortion and many more.

As of just a few weeks ago, the lawsuits against the president had totaled well over 300, and an online compilation by a legacy wire reporting service said 102 of Trump’s orders were left standing, 107 were pending, and 149 were “blocked.”

But now the New York Times has released another stunning perspective: The judiciary in the trial courts is vastly leftist, and their rulings many times are overturned on appeal.

The higher the court, the likelier Trump was to win rulings in 2025:

District courts: 25%
Appeals courts: 51%
Supreme Court: 88% pic.twitter.com/y71IMxXxl1

The postings pointed out that district courts have ruled for Trump 25% of the time. But at the appellate level there have been 51% of the rulings for Trump, and at the Supreme Court, Trump’s success rate is 88%.

The reporting explains how judges appointed by Trump and other Republicans rule for him, while judges given their lifetime jobs by Democrats routinely oppose him.

All of which prompted a commentary at Twitchy to claim, “WHOOPS! NY Times congratulated for revealing how over lefty judges’ anti-Trump efforts get smacked down.”

Commentator Margo Cleveland suggested the Times writer didn’t really understand the actual point of the report.

LOL. I don't think he understands the point he is making here. https://t.co/TftJzyMbo0

Further, commentator Buzz Patterson said, “Thanks for pointing out (I’m sure it wasn’t your intent) that the lower courts are packed with leftist ideologues.”

And commentator Jeremy Carl said, “This chart literally just shows how Democrats have made a mockery of our judicial system through forum shopping at the District Court level.”

Great (unintentional, I’m sure) job by the NYT to expose the politicization of “resistance” district court judges! https://t.co/kuVkrm8swS

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis joined the discussion, with, “Great (unintentional, I’m sure) job by the NYT to expose the politicization of ‘resistance’ district court judges.”

One political perspective was, “Looks like district courts judges need to go back to school to learn about the law.”

Trump's appellate judges have formed a nearly united phalanx to defend his agenda from legal challenges. How often they ruled for him in 2025:

Trump appointees: 92%
Other Republican appointees: 68%
Democratic appointees: 27%@Schwartzesque Emma Schartz https://t.co/1y3q5w36QY
