The FBI, once America’s gold-standard law enforcement agency, has officially become a woke joke—and the latest bombshell from investigative reporter Catherine Herridge proves exactly why.
Herridge uncovered an absurd internal FBI “Inclusivity Guide” titled “The New IQ,” counseling agents on topics like managing “unconscious bias,” addressing “micro-inequities,” and enhancing their “inclusive intelligence.” That’s right, folks, instead of honing investigative skills, physical fitness, and firearms training, the bureau’s finest have been getting lessons in wokeology. You really can’t make this stuff up.
The retired agents who talked confidentially with Herridge said that merit-based standards are gone. They’ve been replaced by DEI quotas that totally compromise all critical FBI skills. They even joked that the legendary Quantico Training Academy is now more like the “Participation Academy,” where recruits’ only goal is to meet diversity goals.
These insiders—who, by the way, for what it’s worth, are actually “diverse”—warned Catherine that FBI standards are sliding down a slippery slope, putting both the bureau’s mission and public safety at high risk. The FBI was once respected globally, but now they look and act more like a political weapon for the woke left, chasing down Trump supporters, targeting political dissidents like the January 6 political prisoners, Steve Bannon, and Douglass Mackey, while ignoring actual threats.
