Former NFL head coach Tony Dungy, who has 8 adopted children, became emotional as he spoke out against Florida’s pro-abortion ballot initiative Amendment 4.
During a press conference on Tuesday alongside Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Dungy said he takes the proposed Abortion amendment personally because he happens to believe that “these babies in the womb are lives.”
“And I know that everybody doesn’t believe that, but I happen to believe it,” Dungy said. “My Bible tells me that they are. And I know everybody doesn’t believe that but, for me, that’s what’s important.”
“My wife Lauren and I have eight adopted children in our home right now. And when I go home every day, and I look at those kids, I don’t see eight choices, I’m sorry,” he added, while getting very emotional. “Those are eight lives.” […]
