45th President Donald Trump has promised that, if elected, he will direct the Food and Drug Administration to launch “an independent outside panel” to determine any currently unknown behavioral repercussions of transgender hormone treatments.
Trump promised to investigate whether transgender hormone drugs can cause individuals to become violent following multiple incidents of radical transgenderism violence or attempted violence throughout the country.
“Upon my inauguration, I will direct the FDA to convene — and it’s going to happen quickly — to convene an independent outside panel to investigate whether transgender hormone treatments and ideology increase the risk of extreme depression, aggression, and even violence,” Trump said at the NRA convention.
