Former Vice President Mike Pence has received a subpoena from the DOJ-appointed special counsel investigating former President Donald Trump, according to ABC News, which cited “multiple sources familiar with the matter.”
The outlet did not specify what information special counsel Jack Smith sought from Pence, but noted that the subpoena followed months of negotiations between the feds and Pence’s attorneys.
