Attorneys at the Department of Justice (DOJ) would not tell a J6 defendant’s attorney if planned witnesses in the case were FBI informants.
The prosecution’s refusal to disclose the critical information came after the government revealed that a planned witness had been an informant. The revelations come via a court transcript obtained by American Greatness’ Julie Kelly.
The defendants in the case are former Proud Boys National Chairman Enrique Tarrio and members Ethan Nordean, Joseph Biggs, Zachary Rehl and Dominic Pezzola. The defendants are accused of allegedly participating in a seditious conspiracy plot to overthrow the U.S. government.
